How to Add Adaptive Intro Forms to Your Video

Option 1: Using the Introduction Form

The introduction form is a pre-designed element placed at the start of your video to collect essential viewer details.

Step 1: Open Your Video in Cinema8 Creative Studio

  • Log in to your Cinema8 dashboard and select the video you want to edit.

Step 2: Add the Introduction Form

  • Drag the Introduction Element from the Elements Panel onto your video timeline.
  • Position it at the start of your video.

Step 3: Configure the Introduction Form

Choose from the following available fields:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Email
  • Intro (a short text field, such as a question or comment)
  • Terms & Conditions (a checkbox for compliance)

Mark fields as required if needed by checking the relevant boxes.

Step 4: Save Your Form

  • Once configured, click Save to finalize the form.
  • It will now appear as the first interaction in your video.

Option 2: Using the Widget Element

The widget element allows you to add a form anywhere in your video for a more flexible lead-generation approach.

Step 1: Open the Elements Panel

  • Go to the Elements Panel in Creative Studio and select the Widget Element.
