Creating Branching Video Experiences
How to Use Storyflow to Build Personalized Video Journeys
Design Video Branching is a powerful feature in Cinema8 that allows you to connect multiple interactive videos into a seamless story. Using questions and logic, you can direct viewers to different paths based on their choices — perfect for learning, onboarding, or marketing use cases.
Step 1: Open Media Library
Click the Media Library button in the left panel to browse the videos you’ve uploaded previously.
Step 2: Create a New Interactive Video
Click the New Interactive Video button to start a fresh project for your branching experience.
Step 3: Edit Video Info
Use the Edit Video Info button to name your video, set a description, and adjust any project-level settings.
Step 4: Launch the Branching Editor
Click the Design Video Branching button to open the Storyflow editor. This is where you can visually connect different video nodes using drag-and-drop.
Once you’ve created your Storyflow structure, you can start inserting questions or conditional paths to guide the viewer.
