How do I manage my live stream after the event?

After your live stream ends, you can access the event from Live Events to review its details and, if recording was enabled, manage the replay and recorded video.

Check your event after the stream ends

Open Live Events and select the event you want to review.

Once the event has ended, you can access its Overview, People, and Analytics tabs to review information from the broadcast.

Check the recording status

If Recording enabled was turned on before you went live, Cinema8 processes the recording after the stream ends.

Once processing is complete, the replay becomes available through the same Cinema8 watch-page link used for the live event.

Manage the replay

Once the replay is ready, you can use the available replay options to:

  • Watch replay to open the recorded event.
  • VOD analytics to review analytics for the recorded video.
  • Open video details to access the recording in Cinema8.

Edit the recorded video

The completed recording is also added to your Cinema8 video library as an editable video.

You can continue working with the recording in Cinema8, including renaming it and adding elements such as hotspots, questions, chapters, and jump-to interactions.

Review your live event analytics

Open the Analytics tab to review the performance of the live event, including viewer and engagement data.

For a full explanation of the available metrics and reports, see How do I track my live stream performance?
