How to Use FTP Upload
Step 1: Request Access
- Reach out to the Cinema8 Support Team to enable FTP upload for your account.
- You’ll receive secure FTP credentials tied to your organisation’s workspace.
Step 2: Upload Videos via FTP
- Use your preferred FTP client (e.g., FileZilla, Cyberduck) to connect using the credentials provided.
- Drag and drop multiple video files into your assigned directory.
- Uploaded files will appear in your Library section once processing is complete.
Step 3: Request Migration Support (Optional)
- For large-scale transitions from other platforms, Cinema8’s onboarding team can assist.
- We offer help with folder mapping, metadata migration, and player/theme assignments.
